제일 먼저 가볼 곳은 집에서 가장 가까운 Central Station이 첫 타겟!
물론 걸어서 간다...15분도 안걸린다...^^
Campbell St.
Central Station을 향하다보면 만날 수 있는 Campbell Street 과 Pitt Street의 교차로
Starbucks Coffee
세계 어디에나 스타벅스는 있다...! George Street 과 Hay Street 이 만나는 코너에 위치한...
조금은 고풍스러운 분위기가 풍기는 건물의 별다방 ^^
Tram
Tram이 보이는 걸로 보아 Central Station에 거의 다 도착 한 듯 싶다.
Belmore Park
Central Station Coach Terminal 건너편에 위치한 Belmore Park.
'여기가 외국이구나!'라고 느끼게 되는 가장 큰 사실중 하나는 잔디밭만 있으면 자유롭게 누워 일광욕을 즐기고 있는 모습과 그들의 거침없는 애정표현들(ㅜ.ㅠ) 일 것이다.
Sydney Central Station
드디어 도착한 Sydney Central Station.
Central Station은 다른 지역으로 향하는 모든 Train의 시발/종착역이고 City Rail이라 불리우는 한국의 지하철 개념(호주 전철은 지하구간보다 지상구간이 월등히 많이 Subway라 부르지 않고 Train이라 부른다.)인 Train 역시 모든 Line이 바로 이 Central Station을 지난다.
Platform은 지상과 지하를 통털어 약 20여개가 있다.
Sydney Strathfield Station 지상 Platform
1층에는 Coach Terminal도 함께 있어 다른 지역을 오고가는 버스들도 이용할 수 있다.
하지만 다른 도시로 가는 경우
비행기와 버스(기차)와의 가격차이가 20여불 정도 차이이기 때문에
선택은 각자 알아서 하는 것이지만 난 비행기를 타고 다녔다.
